Dr Sojin ‘Sarah’ Hur (허소진)

Bachelor of Dental Sciences with honors, University of Melbourne Dental School

Dr. Sojin ‘Sarah’ Hur is a Korean dentist with special interest in Surgical Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Endodontics, Oral Surgery & Emergency Care, Comprehensive Patient Management and Periodontics. As the Chief Dentist at ON Hospital, she has demonstrated exceptional expertise in managing complex dental procedures, advanced pain management, and emergency care.

She is dedicated to providing compassionate care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through her precision, knowledge, and clinical excellence.

Dr. Hur has certificates in Live Surgical Wisdom Tooth Extraction and Implant Course – GAWE (Gangnam Association of Wisdom Tooth Extraction) and Han Mack 17th Comprehensive Dental Course & 18th Implant Course.

Dr Won Noh

Bachelor of Dental Sciences (Melb), Graduate Diploma Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons

Dr Won Noh grew up in Melbourne in the leafy Eastern Suburbs of Mount Waverley and graduated with his Bachelor of Dental Science at the University of Melbourne in 2012. Dr Won has also completed a Graduate Diploma through the Royal Australasian College of Dental Dental Surgeons.

His further education and continuing CPD courses make Dr Won our go-to dentist for our complicated root canal procedures, wisdom teeth extractions, and implant procedures.

With Dr Wons’ wealth of knowledge in dentistry, he is able to provide his patients with different treatment plan options by taking the time with the patient to understand their personal situation and concerns before providing the most suitable path forward.

Dr Won in his spare time enjoys the magical moments of early parenthood.

Dr Esther Chin

Bachelor of Dental Science University of Western Australia

Dr Esther Chin grew up in Perth and attended the University of Western Australia where she graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 2006. During her time working in Perth, she was able to work in both the public and private sectors of dentistry before moving to Melbourne in 2012. She has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of general dentistry whilst working in the inner and south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Throughout her career working in general dental practices, she developed a passion for cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign and has continued her education.

Esther prides her dedication to improving the overall oral health and well-being of patients and ensures the care provided is in the patient’s best interests and welfare.  Throughout your appointment with Esther, she will take the time to ensure you understand your options in either English or Mandarin and use visual aids to ensure you are completely informed of any concerns.

Her values of care and balance has made a wonderful addition to the SIA Dental team.

Outside of dentistry she enjoys spending time with her partner and two young girls, reading, cycling, hiking and traveling to new places.

Dr Adina Low

Griffith University’s Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science Masters of Dentistry

Dr. Adina Low received her early childhood education in Singapore before relocating to Melbourne to pursue her secondary education. Following the completion of her schooling, Dr. Adina proceeded to undertake her Bachelor of Dental Sciences at Griffith University (QLD), graduating in the year 2020.

Dr. Adina has pursued ongoing dental education by actively participating in regular dental courses. Additionally, her keen interest in orthodontics led her to successfully complete the OrthoEd Mini Masters Program.

In explaining her choice of a career in dentistry, Dr. Adina reflects on a personal transformation. She shares, “Dentistry changed my life. After experiencing the impact of braces on my own smile, I was inspired to become a dentist who could provide others with the opportunity to have the smile they love.”

Adina is an actively engaged member of her community church, embodying strong values that resonate in her approach to dentistry. Her tranquil and patient demeanor speaks volumes, earning her widespread affection from all our patients, particularly the younger ones.

Outside of her professional commitments, Adina finds joy in various activities. She is an avid runner, enjoys the culinary arts, and finds solace in reading. Embracing the outdoors, she relishes nature through hikes. Adina is also a passionate traveler, continually seeking out new and exciting places to explore.

Dr Kimberlyn Ong

Bachelor of Dental Science, University of Queensland

Dr. Kimberlyn Ong grew up in Singapore and moved to Brisbane in 2013 to pursue her studies. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Science with honors at the University of Queensland, graduating in 2017. She now practises in Melbourne, with keen interest in restorative and preventive dentistry. 

Kimberlyn had positive experiences at the dentist during her childhood and looked up to the dentist who treated her, especially since she had many cavities from secretly indulging in sugary foods. This early interest in dentistry inspired her career path. She is passionate about creating positive dental experiences for her patients, especially those who may feel anxious about visiting the dentist.

She focuses on restorative dentistry, specifically treating worn-down dentition, and emphasizes preventive dentistry to educate patients about their dental health and improve their hygiene. Kimberlyn takes the time to explain treatment options clearly, ensuring that her patients feel informed and empowered to make decisions about their oral health. Additionally, she is eager to expand her skills in anterior cosmetic work and enhance her endodontic procedures to help patients retain their natural teeth whenever possible.

Her friendly demeanor and commitment to patient-centered care have made her a treasured member of the SIA Dental team.

Outside of work, Kimberlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, their fluffy white dog, and their 7-month-old infant. She loves hiking, walking her dog, and exploring new cafés and restaurants.
